Swiss Park Hotel

Recommended Posts

Roomed @ the Swiss Park hotel, standard room in Sukhumvit Soi 11, Dec 2010. Guest friendly.

Ratings (out of 5 stars*):

Cleanliness: ***

Overall clean but rooms are dated.

Location: ****

Located about half way between Nana and Soi Cowboy (both within walking distance) and one block or so from BTW Nana. Easy access, to food/supermarkets, and slightly up the street so its quiet at night.

Amenities: ****

In room safe

Pool (but looks dirty)

Restaurant with free breakfast

Wifi

Staff: **

They do their job but a bit distant and cold.

Value: ***

Paid 1200 Bht/night, probably on the lower end of the guest friendly hotels on the suk. Decent value, but there's better to be found.

Recommended: Yes

As long as you don't mind rooming in an old building, the hotel is in a good location for the fun.

I only spent one night at the Swiss Park, but it was a memorable one.

Here's what a corner looks like. Didn't care for the breakfast much, a buffet but quality was not very good. Should have stayed in bed. :P

Wardo, I should've paid more attention. That ain't your girl. Unless you can come up with something equivalent - your overall PA score is back to 2/10 ! wj

I found her at Nana Plaza. Unfortunately, her score has greatly diminished as she's developed quite an attitude since then. These pictures were taken over 3 years ago, when she was farm fresh, very shy, but so anxious to please. Yowza! I could never stay at the Swiss Park again, just wouldn't be the same.
