Ringtone maker

I have found this clip on youtube, and I really would like to have it as a ringtone when I receive an sms.

 

I have tried 2 different "Ringtone makers", but they don't work.

can you not just record it onto your phone, then set it as message alert?

The problem is that the file format is not supported.

if so,

 

1.start your phone recording

2.hold phone close to pc/laptop speaker

3.play youtube clip

4.stop phone recording, and check

5.set as message notification.

How long before that becomes annoying.

If you had a mac I could tell you how to record it but I think the method above is much simpler.

That has gotta be the most annoying sound ever and you want it on your phone . Anyway the sort of proper way to do this would be using this one software which converts youtube videos to mp3 file format which should be ok for most phones, but if you are happy with the recording trick, that's fine too.

I have tried this too, and it is also working now.
