Well, if you're satisfied that it's just friction damage you really just need to keep things clean down there until everything heals back up. A general purpose antiseptic cream should be all you'll need, it'll prevent any infection setting in and give your skin some moisture and protection at the same time.

I used this DACTACORT cream yesterday as was advised by tatman. It is 200 baht in the local pharmacies (I bought mine in the pharmacy near Kiss and Food drinks on the 2nd road against Mike Shopping mall). Plus some aloe gel. And the combination did wonders overnight. The skin looks healthy and doesn't burn anymore.

 

Dactacort seems to be pretty powerful stuff: it is antifungal and antibacterial + has some steroid components to decrease the inflammation.
