Looking to rent a Villa...

Hi there, me and 2 mates are looking to book a villa for 2 weeks in January. Exact dates not confirmed yet, but will be in Thailand from 2nd January. Plan to do Bangkok and Phnom Penh before we hit Pattaya, so perhaps around the 9th Jan. Would prefer it to be in Jomtien, but if not then a quieter part of Pattaya. Have looked through a few on the internet, but thought it would be better to ask those in the know. So can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks for your help, SammyBoy.
