Anybody recommend a quiet room, close to the action, reasonable rates with wifi in the rooms? thanks, Oldschool (5 weeks and counting?)

Can you be a bit more specific... What is your actual budget per night? It makes a big difference.

Depends on what you want, but Pattaya Bay Resort has wifi and is also fairly quiet.

Stayed there twice. It is a good clean hotel near 2nd Rd.

Yes for that money just get a high floor room, plenty of possibilities, google will help.

Baywalk residence is good. It's right on beach road but the room is quite. I stayed at an Executive Nouvou room on 2nd floor. It was peaceful.

 

Bringing girls was very easy. No hassles. Didn't try bringing LBs in but I don't think that would be too difficult either. The place is built for mongering without hassles.

 

The breakfast wasn't much to write home about though. No lunch or dinner.

 

There is a good massage joint right in front. You can get a massage with an ocean view!

 

Forgot to add... Wifi connectivity is excellent
