I think there are plenty of good ones but the best one I went to was at the end of Jomtien Beach road heading south. You travel for about 10 minutes until the road ends and this place is smack bang in the middle of the road. I was taken by some Jomtien bargirls I know and I don't think there were any other farangs there.

The seafood is great and the prices very reasonable. I don't know the name but here is a pic of the front.

 

I was told there is another very good, cheap one somewhere under the Pattaya City sign if you want something a bit closer. Haven't tried it though.

 

PS. I wouldn't go to King Seafood in Walking St. Its very expensive for Pattaya and all you can hear is the techno music pumping from the nearby beer complex. I paid 1500 baht for a bottle of wine..sucker!. Should have stuck to the Singhas.

What Johnny said, just keep going along Naklua until you can go no further.

 

It's the best I've been to so far. Looking out directly into the Gulf, excellent food, farang friendly menu and very reasonable prices.

 

It's Tip Top.

Not just a view of, you're right at the side of the Ocean with two big old fishing boats sitting out there.

 

Not too many farang and the trees all nicely lit up - it's perfect down there.

Yes Mum Aroi is good and the Naklua one is best

the other is on 3rd road at junction for Hollywood nightclub

trust me Mum Aroi is not very good. The food is alright, but the service is shit.
