Long term rental required, 3 months minimum. South Pattaya - Tukcom/ Soi 17 / Soi VC would be ideal

 

Need fully furnished (bed, TV, fridge, kettle, microwave), digital safe, wifi, cable TV for sure.

 

Balcony, CLEAN mattress, bedding & crockery, fan/ aircon secure storage for when I go home would be nice.

 

Reasonable cost for electricity and water expected. Please give exact location.

Give a look at : PKCP Condo (big tower near Big C Extra (old Carrefour) )

(Pattaya Klang Condominium) They have room (40 sqm) to rent by month start at 9000 thb
