Commercial Smoker - Looking to buy !

Hi guys,

 

Does anyone know where I can purchase my own "Commercial Smoker" suitable for making slow smoked baby back ribs and other smoked BBQ style foods ?

 

My butchers, KPK & Western Meats will let me use theirs but I would like my own at our new premises.

 

If anyone has any advice on this type of equipment please post, Eric from Western Meats has offered to teach us but all advice is welcome !

HeHe I did think of that first ! And Eric is actively looking for the supplier .. but already had the smoker when he arrived! He told me about an American supermarket on the sukumvit road near Tesco Lotus.

 

Not been able to get hold of Beefy yet and his wife did not know !!

These guys have locations in various places...Maybe they ship to Thailand?
