You could try a lady named Tik,she's at Rose Internet on the same Soi as Dream Teen massage.She speaks really good English and has helped me a couple of times in the past with translation.Tell her Mark sent you.

Hi All thank you for your replies. I ended up dropping them off at Thai Visa Express. The reason is We are both located in The Urban and I just don't have time. I am dropping off the final 2 documents to be translated than I think I am good to go!
