I'm there at the moment and don't mind the location at all, maybe a 10 minute walk or 2 minutes on the Baht bus and not a problem getting home in the evening, you can stop the Baht Bus within 20 metres of the entrance......you have LK Metro close by as well for those nights you don't want to set foot in Walking St ...it's all to easy

walking distance?

It's written on their website here on the "MAP" page

However, here are more realistic distances :

- 1km230m going through beach road,

- 1km330m going through second road

Ok, that is if you decide to walk.

If you want to catch a bahtbus, you have to wal 240meters to beach road and the baht bus will stop in front of WS.

On the way back, walk 20meters from WS to second road and get on a bahtbus there that will drop you 50meters from yout hotel near soi10.

Easy, cheap.

I would say great location for this hotel 200m from central pattaya (big shopping center).

Many reviews on Page 10 on this board.

See my thread "choose hotel - guide for newbies" in my signature below to know how to search.

If you do a search, use the word "page" and not "page10"

Once the new hotels are completed and open I think Soi 10 is going to be one of the best places to stay in Pattaya. Plenty of nice hotels to chose from. Great location close to Central Festival, LK Metro, baht buses and the beach. Easy to get to and from Walking Street. Plus no noisy beer bars on the street.

Last trip I spent a week at SeaMe Spring. Other than the construction I thought the hotel was excellent. I've heard nothing but good things about Page 10 and would love to try it out. Maybe next trip. Be interesting to see what the new hotels being built will be like? Especially to one being built across the street from SeaMe. Should have some great seaview rooms.

Very close to Central Mall, so maybe 15-20 mins to Walking Street. Get a baht bus and save the legs.

Noticed that they are a number of bars very close to it and had reservations due to the noise coming from them at nighttime. Ruled out staying there as a result, and stayed in LK Metro area. Maybe someone can confirm if the noise is an issue. I was very close to booking it as Agoda had a good deal.

stayed in LK Metro area

Bars close at 2am. Do you go to bed before 2am in Pattaya ?

If going there with wife and children it can be a problem. But for night mongering, I think the noise from the street trafic in the morning is much more a problem (ie hotels on 2nd road or guesthouses on Buakhao)

Also, LK Metro area is full of bars...
