Hi Guy,

 

Just wanna check are there any telcos operators in thailand which actually sell prepaid sim card (the smaller sim card) for Iphone 4 in thailand? A few weeks ago during my last trip, I checked with 1 of the telcos in BKK airport and they did not have it.

 

Appreciate if there is any info anyone can provide :001_Thank_You5:

You can buy the iPhone Micro-sim at TUKCOM, I recommend Truemove as it has 3G.

I get Pre-paid, 3 GIG of 3G, 3 GIG of UMTS and unlimited WiFi (covers most of Beachroad for 800 Bhat 1 month).

Most Tukcom stores have a cutter. I got a sim cut this week no issues!

I have enough problems getting decent 3G in England (but I made the mistake of choosing Orange as provider) - having seen how slow regular broadband can be in Thailand, how good are 3G speeds over there ?
