Well, Yes and No...

The Hot and Cold whe are talking about is the one on Soi 13/2 that relocated some months ago on the 2^nd floor, on a former Indian restaurant.

No ladyboys there , only 4 or 5 oldygirls.

It is true that on Soi 13/1, there is also an Hot and Cold agogo indication, but I have never seen it open since many years.

That place seems abandoned or it opens very very late at night when I'm already sleeping.

For completeness, actually just next to that deserted place and on the right side when you are facing it, a lot of work is going on. The new place there is advertised in Thaï as Las Vegas agogo.

Could be that the Las Vegas close to the corner of Soi 13/1 is going to move a little, I don’t know yet.
