i have a 55 sq m 1 bed condo in jontiem away from noisy bars but close to shops and a market and 15 mins walk to the beach road.

it is about a year old with 2 aircons and 2 fans and a european kitchen with fridge / m.wave / hob etc.

the whole building is about 65 units with a nice pool and underneath parking / 24 hour security.

 

i want about 12000 / month rent and about 1.9m baht to sell.
