Yes. That was the first day they opened. They have gotten a lot more organized since.

I never thought of the new condos having a restaurant.

 

It has to develop a good rep. Not a lot of food traffic other than local condo and hotel dwellers.

Let me add that I eat here nearly every day, just read my trip report. This is a brand new restaurant, and like any new place they have a few kinks to work out. That being said, the owner Andy is truly amazing and is working his butt off to get the place up and running. He just brought in a manager from Italy to run the place. The Thai food is good and cheap (each less than 100 Baht) and the Italian food and pizza is great. I would suggest sticking to going in the evening for the next few weeks while the new manager gets up and running. I'm staying at the Urban, and the delivery is quick.

 

Yes, the place was originally going to be a nightclub, but Andy changed his mind. I think he made a good decision, and I look forward to continuing to eat here. You can usually Catch Me and the TGF at table 10 (right by the door) in the afternoon or evenings. Stop by and say hi!

This is the first place me and the TGF went to eat when I got back, damn she loves pizza! I was a bit disappointed a few months ago when they changed then menu and went to the typical Thai 500 item (I'm slightly exaggerating) menu. Prices went up a bit, but are still reasonable. I know Andy mentioned he was going to open a 2nd place in Patts, but when we stopped by the day staff said they thought maybe Bangkok instead. Either way, not been disappointed yet, but it helps to be a regular, which is probably true of most places.
