Where to get Jump rope (weighted)

I would like to know where in Pattaya/Bangkok I can get the jump rope (weighted/heavy ones) used in boxers training. I would be staying in "All Seasons Bangkok Huamark" and Marble Garden hotel at Pattaya. Also I would like to know the price of good quality ropes.

In Bangkok there are loads of shops next to Lumpinee stadium selling everything Muay Thai. You will find ropes there no problem for about 300baht. In Pattaya there is a shop just off second road. Take your next right after Pattaya Tai and you will see it on your right hand side. This is the best MT shop I could find in Pattaya and the cheapest. One tip I would give is to buy one of the new models with bearings in the handles. The other ones wear through so will need to be replaced after a month or so.

And without a doubt try it and make sure you are happy with the feel of it. Just like anything you buy for training.
