UK tourist visa question

Hi guys ,my Thai GF will be applying for her 2nd UK tourist visa ,she came here 2years ago and also visited the states.

 

I'm currently not working so her dad will sponsor again as he has a very good job.

 

Question is ,members of the Thaigirl forum she's on are advising her to say she will only come for 2weeks even thou she plans to stay for 3-4months ,they believe my Gov won't issue her a visa now she's older [24] for a longer period?!

 

This sounds like thai girl bollox to me as you are issue a 6month visa regardless of your proposed length of stay + I can't see the point of lying on the forms?

 

She has valid reason to return as she lives with her younger sister and her job can remain open so we may even be able to get a company letter stating this.

 

I can forsee no probs or am I getting cocky?

You are correct, it is a load of crap!! You should have no problems getting her a visa.

can i ask if you sponserd her on her first visit visa to the UK ? and on her trip to the USA ? this :may : cause a slight problem if she has had several other boyfriends sponsor her in the past, having said that as long as she abided by the visa req: and did not over stay should not be a problem , just take on board they will know of her previous visits. good luck.
