Can anyone work out what this says

A girl gave me a copy of her ID and wrote this in brackets underneath it before writing and then signing her name

She said it means something about it being a true copy of her ID but she could be lying again

I don't know how you managed to get ประการ, I just didn't have a clue what letters they were.

Same with ทุก, but I've never seen a ก with a loop

I should have been able to guess "New Year" that was a bit dumb of me
