Stayed at both. Good rooms at both. Kingston's are way bigger & a little newer, but the decor's a bit like gramma's house. I haven't stayed at the new PP on 18 though. No pool at Kingston, which is a downer. Banged a couple BGs in the rooftop pool at the PP - a big plus ! Given the competition, I wouldn't pay more than 2K for the PP. The Kingston can be had in the 1400 range and it's a great deal at that price. I got a deal in March at the new Radisson Suites on 13 - 1700 (ai) and liked it better than either one. The Citadines can be had in the 1200 range and are hard to beat at that price IMO. wj

No joiner for 1. Not sure about 2. My guess (I've stayed there 2X for about 10 days total) - no joiner.
