A lot of BM's use FastStone photo resizer. You can batch rename and or batch resize your pics before posting. Simple to use, download from here. I use it, works quickly and easily.

Go on the net and download FastStone it's a photo resizing tool that allows you to batch resize as well as resize individually.....it's free.
