Abandoned hotel in Bangkok

Im not sure its a good place for this topic, if no mods please move this treat to proper place.

 

When i was traveling in Bkk, i saw a gigantic abandoned building, i think its not ended hotel.

 

maybe somebody know the history of this building? im just curious, and the building is interesting
