Tim Boutique, Status of construction work ?

Booked into Tim's from 22nd Apr. Does anybody have recent experience of the hotel? What's the status of the construction and what are the new rooms like? I'd like to be armed with the inside info when I check in.

Construction is still ongoing. From the South it looks like the external structure has been completed but the rooms have not been fitted out.

I just spent 10 days at Tims -got back yesterday -and yep its definitely on going and I bumped into the Boss Tim and actually asked her how it was going -she gave me impression maybe end of May before completion ,by the way shes a terrific lady/REgarding the noise -never even noticed but when someones fucking you like crazy till 4 in the morning -tend to sleep through the early morning .But gotta say the staff at hotel are great -the attitude to girls no problem - they always ask for girls ID for your safety and ring you when she leaves building just in case - Great place
