So cydia is working but when ever i down load an app or change a theme sod all happens.

anyone had similar problems, it is jailbroken with snowbreeze.

it maybe cydia needs updating should say in changes when u open cydia,but more than likely what you have downloaded is a part of winterboard u should have a app with that name go into there and tick what u want hope that helps
