Thai network errors?

I have a few girls I call now and then to keep in touch and talk a bit and I thought I'd call them today. But apart from one number to a girl that is back home somewhere I can not get through to any of the girls. I get "phone network error" and Invalid phone number" It is most unlikely that 3 numbers stop working at the same day. It might of course be skype, that causes it but it does work for some numbers. Anyone else having problems?

I don't use skype, but I'v had the invalid number and network is busy messages in the past. I just kept trying and it would usually work after a few tries.
