I,m advertising for a lady friend of mine who wants to rent her condo which is excatly the same as mine one.... Kieng Talay at soi 6 Pratmanuk hill, A 40 sqm Condo in excellent furnished with kitchens and bathrooms,, Feel free to have a look, ask for Mr John at the office, he will show you around.... Short term up to six months is 12,000 bahts. long term (more than 6 months) is 10,000 bts... There is swimming pool , 24 hr security with cctv , Gym room...

Another Thing, She wants to sell it too at 2.1 million Bahts , ...... But at the moment, Condo is available for rent either Short term or Long term...

Can you tell us what floor and what outlook does the balcony have ? also do you have any photos of the bathroom ?

This photo is similar to mine ( same former owner who designed exactly same furnish as his 10 condo) There is only one photo of bathroom available but I will look for one somewhere in my CDs box.... Honestly, This condo is very beautiful, and bathroom is excellent too.. Just have a look and see... The Lady is willing to sell or rent at lower price than the price as above... It is on eleventh Floor, dont worry, there is two lifts available...

Last time i was in Pattaya in December i stayed in the Kleng Talay for 4 weeks and the condos were lovely, modern and clean also its only 150 meters to the beach, very peaceful and quite too. Will definetly stay there again next time, i paid 11,000 baht rent for the month well worth it. Is the condo you have facing the beach???

Yeah it is.... Pity we had not met but on different time... Maybe next time.... I,m off to Pattaya in April and maybe in November as well depending the family situations in ireland...

This condo had now been rented for 4 months..... Thank you for your interest... This condo is still for sale.....
