Domestic Flight ok with Expired Visa?

My 30 day visa expired a few days ago and I am prepared to pay the overstay fee when I leave LOS. I would like to go Phuket for a few days before I leave though. Will this cause me a problem when I land in Phuket?

yes they will stop you in bangkok so if you want to stay why dont you do a visa run.the the queen vic in Soi 6 do very good ones hope this helps

i would personally not fly in this case anything can happen but i also would not overstay in the first place

 

also when you check into any hotel in Thailand they report your details to the immigration. You could get nailed like this as well.

I have found a cheap flight to Kuala Lumpur tomorrow and then a separate one to Phuket in the evening.

Would they give me another 30 days when I land in Phuket?

yes you will get 30 days when you arrive in Phuket. Smart move.

Cheers, yeh flights only come to £60 more than direct one to Phuket. Phuket here i come ;)
