aussie tourist visa

Hi all just like to say i returned home from thailand yesterday with my gf on a 3 month visa .

I have been in thailand since 16th december and submitted paper work for tourist visa in Phuket on the 22nd december and got the passport and visa back on jan 5.

I was happy to see that i had filled out paper work corrrectly after reading this forum on visa's because we didnt even get a phone call for a interview or anything just a call saying your passport is ready to be picked up.

Glad to hear that it worked out good by yourself and saved 5,000 - 10,000 baht. Australian embassy have been quite good lately. I submitted all paperwork at VFS in BKK and got 1 year multiple entry visa in 2 days. The process was quite easy and straight forward.

Was that for a girl who has had a visa before? It appears to be normal for them to issue a multiple entry 1 year visa after they have been given an initial single entry visa.

i work with a guy who's paid a fortune to one of them visa mobs and she's been knocked back twice.

this girl is from khon kaen and never been near a bar in her life, she was married to a thai cop that got murdered.

i feel really sorry for him.

my flatmate is gonna give him a hand next time as he's a guru with all that stuff.

Nope. In fact, this one had her previous visa application refused.
