Forgive the spelling, but I would imagine that is is the name of some Scandinavian guy.

 

Left wrist " Biiyorn" so it could be Bjorn as in the bloke from Abba

Right wrist may be Blom.

 

So do these wrists belong to a scandinavian guy called Bjorn Blom?

Chasing girls can be expensive

But it's more expensive if you catch one
