Had a quick look in the lobby the other day... It has only been open a month and it looks the mutts nuts.

 

I got quoted high season rate of 1800 and low season 1500 but I reckon if you are looking for a top notch hotel there is a deal to be had as they seemed pretty empty. If you are serious make them an offer with no breakfast and cash upfront... you never know.

 

Their smallest rooms have separate bath and shower unlike the LK renaissance

 

It's located here about 10-15 mins walk from Walking Street or 30 seconds on a motorbike taxi.

Just had a look at the LK website and the place looks spectacular. AND White. LOl

Go for a room showing and get some pics.

 

Looks like its on a decent spot. Still not too far from the action but far enough away too.
