As the topic suggest..

 

depend.

 

q1) you cant depend on him, he is unrealiable and irresponsible ?

 

q2) i cant depend on you to wake me up, you are always late.

I'm not entirely sure but it may be

 

ยึดเหนี่ยว yeut (High tone) nee-ow (Low) that means depend as in your examples

my guesses:

1:

เค้าเป็นคนที่พึ่งพาอะไรไม่ได้เลย - he's someone you can't rely on

คุณพึ่งอะไรเขาไม่ได้หรอก (เขาเป็นคนที่พึ่งไม่ได้) - you can't really on him at all (he's an unreliable/undependable person)

พึ่งพิงเขา ไม่ได้อ่ะ เขากลับกลอก - you can't really on him at all (he's an unreliable/undependable person) ---- I've only read that last word, and I had to check the dictionary to find it again so it's probably pretty formal.

 

2:

 

(ผม)พึ่งคุณให้มาปลุกไม่ได้ เพราะคุณมาสายตลอด - I can't rely on you to wake me, you're always late

(ผม)พึ่งพาอะไรคุณไม่ได้ คุณสายอยู่ตลอด - I can't rely on you, you're always late

Not sure if this helps but someone whos reliable can be said as:

 

Kaw/ bpen kon way/ jay daay^ - he's a reliable person

 

/ = high tone

^ = falling tone
