Where can I buy cheap unsalted unoiled out-of-shell peanuts?

I used to live in Korea and could buy peanuts out of the shell but still with the red skin on them, unoiled, unsalted and maybe slightly roasted for very cheap. About 45 baht for a decent sized bag. I was told they came from China. Where can I get a similar product in Pattaya? They have peanuts in the skin in Family Mart, but they are oiled and salted.

Try Tesco Lotus. I bought a big bag there to take back to the UK for cooking a couple of trips back. I can not remember the price but it was very cheap compared to the UK.

Just ask in bars where they serve them.

All I know is that they buy them in big packs from more or less from the same source.
