I have tasted crispy chicken skin in Bangkok and enjoyed it very much.

Can anyone help me with providing the receipe for seasoning this.

Yummy ... deep fat fried chicken skin, essentially chicken fat fried in vegetable oil. You can almost hear your arteries clogging.

In OZ we call the chickens bum the parsons nose.....

 

and it is by far the best part of the chook....
