Yes right next to it, above the Sportsman Pub and resurant.

I am on the top floor and have a lovely corner unit looking out to the sea on both the front and side.

The condo is fully renovated and comes with everything.

I am looking for a quick sale as I am returning to australia so am negotiable on price if sale is done quickly.

The Building is very well managed and has just had over B3M spent on it repainting it and generally upgrading it plus there is cash in the common fee budget.

The maintenance is B2310 per month which includes water.

The building was built in 1988 but has just been renervated at considerable cost (which is why the common fees are now higher). Being an older building the construction is way better than the newer buildings ie view Talays etc plus the electric costs are only around 3baht a unit. The building is very well managed and has both Thai and Farang on the condo committee overseeing everything.

I am negotiable on price but I know you will love the oondo as everyone that has ever visited my condo really loves the view and the general layout. There is a good size separate bedroom with kingsize bed, beautiful large bathhroom, good sized kitchen, and L shaped lounge/Dining room. There is also a 200sq plus Patio/balcony area which is common area which you can use. I also have a parking space and there is a good sized swimming pool. Not being overly technical I have not got any photo's but you are most welcome to come around and view the condo anytime.

there is a condo for sale in Northshore at the moment for 4.2 m on the northside 7th floor if you are interested

its 67 sqm, yes it has sea view and yes seperate bedroom and kitchen. 709 is the number I believe, Aussie guy is selling
