Hi. this summer I started to rent my house to people when I'm not using it. Just started advertising on a page in Sweden and got 35000 thb for 4 weeks.

I believe it ok money. My house is in Sattahip and far from Beaches. The thing here is that Swedish people love Thailand and love to travel here.

 

My question for you all is if you are interested in renting your house/condo too. It will bee free for you to advertise but if you let if for rent with me a take some. You have to arrange keys and post to me your roles.
