Lebua bangkok mini hotel review.

Hey Guys,

 

I stayed at the Lebua a couple of years ago. Every time i do a hotel search on Expedia.com it's always on the top of the list and seems to be permanently 'discounted'

For me personal Thailand has the cheapest 5 star hotels in the world. In contrast to the $150usd i payed per night at this 5 star hotel, for the same amount you would get 3 star hotel in Sydney.

Free breakfat, internet dont know how fast it was though.

Upgrade to river view

 

Location

It's near the river, although i never used the bts to go back and forth to the hotel. Used a taxi it would take 20-30 sometimes to go to Siam Square.

People have complained on tripadvisor that the hotel is connected to a desolate shopping area, it didn't really bother. Theyve got starbucks and a couple of restaurants down there.

 

Breakfast

Awesome, full buffet spread with everything you could possibly want. Always full to the brim though.

 

Room

Amen ties were Bvglari, which was nice.

I think it used to be a residential apartment before they took it over. hence the layout and size of the room.

Beds were super Comfortable, big bathtub, Balcony which you don't often have in hotels.

 

If you think 150 is a little pricey, think how much you would pay in another country. Maybe stay a couple night to start or end your holiday.

I stayed there a few months ago.

 

positives:

-club lounge during afternoon is awesome - food, drink, etc.

-breakfast buffet

 

negatives:

-rooms - can hear neighbor noise

-location - remote - too far away from parts of BKK I want to be in

-my toilet clogged - no big deal, call maintenance, they fix it, then it happened again. uggh.
