Iranian Tourist accused of murdering a Thai Woman in his South Pattaya hotel room

An Iranian Tourist has been arrested and charged with murder after a Thai Woman was found dead in his hotel Room. Late on Sunday Night, Pattaya City Security Officers found an Iranian Tourist who appeared intoxicated on Walking Street and offered to take him back to his hotel. They arrived at the Pattaya Hill Resort in South Pattaya and the man, later named as Mr. Saeed Dehghan aged 30, collapsed close to the front entrance. He was then taken to his 4^th floor room where the body of Khun Saifon aged 21 was found on the floor, next to the bed. She was fully clothed and appeared to have marks around her neck consistent with strangulation. Mr. Dehghan, who was still unconscious was arrested and taken to Hospital under Police escort, after Police Colonel Nantawoot, the Pattaya Police Chief arrived and determined he was the prime suspect in the woman’s apparent murder. Staff at the hotel did mentioned that earlier in the night the pair were heard fighting inside the room. Police are now waiting for Mr. Dehghan to recover enough so he can be interviewed.

This is the second time I have heard of a farang murdering a Thai girl! (in 5 years) When news like this becomes normal to me, its time to go home. Events like this scares the girls, I heard about this through a bar girl.

I hope he gets what he deserves, but being Thailand maybe he won't.

Remember that Irish guy who hog tied and butchered one of the working girls a couple of years back, well that prick got money to the right person and was let walk out the prison.

Something doesn't seem right here? The guy kills the girl then goes out and gets shit ripped drunk? Furthermore, Ive never had the police/security escort me back to my room for being too drunk? Since when do police escort you back to your room if you ask them to??? The police say that HE approached THEM and asked for them to accompany him back to the room cause he was drunk?? 2 different newspapers give conflicting reports. One says he was drunk and security officers OFFERED to take him back to his room. The other newspaper says he ASKED for the police to take him to his room. Either way, thats really strange as Ive never seen Police or security escort someone back to their room.

 

Maybe they both were drinking and they got into a fight and the girl didn't want him to go back out drinking and carousing other women? Its possible she committed suicide with some sleeping pills in her Coffee/Tea? In the video there is some coffee/tea cup sitting there. All I'm saying is that we are quick to judge when we don't have all the facts.

 

A long time ago my gf got really drunk and belligerent in my room. We argued but I didn't lay a finger on her. I ended up leaving cause she was beating on me and shouting very loud cause she was drunk. I left the room for about 2 hrs and upon my return I could see that she had ingested nearly a half a bottle of my Tylenol PM. I rushed her to the hospital where they pumped her stomach and she recovered with no side effects. The next day she couldn't believe that she did what she did as she said she never wanted to kill herself and it must have been just the depressing effects of the alcohol.

 

I hope they do a good autopsy in this case....

Either way, I feel sorry for the girl no matter what happened.

I've been reading a lot on tourist getting into this kind of mess....always wondered why they get on the wrong side of the law in another country while on holiday...maybe alcohol and drugs......or rather some of them cannot keep their tempers in control when they are on a high..

so here goes one more to the thai dog house...god bless.....
