Hi, I am looking for some nice place to stay in Xmas and New Year time. My last trip I was staying in Opey the Place, I liked very much, cheap and nice rooms, witch swimming pool or witchout. Looking for some alternative. Price range around 1000THB/night.

What about hotels/hostels on Walking Street? any good? Any good? I know about Secrets there, but not sure, cuz bit small rooms, possible noise, too pleased girls?, and heard bar is bit expensive, so any alternatives to that ?

I was impressed with Rockhouse, but i just find out they got only 3 rooms, so i guess its all gone :D

Please give me some ideas and xmas time prices if you know any good.

Thank You.

I like the sabai lodge but I think they are more than 1000 during high season. P72 is decent enough and the they have a good sized room for 650 a night during low season.

I was 2 different hotels in Walking Street , i dont recommend theses hotels in Walking Street because very noisy

high volum voices are to 4 AM and there is not good place for rest and it bother you

i recommend a hotel in quite area and you can go to Walking Street everyday you want ,with a low fee for taxies or motors
