Better try in this thread also: Does anyone have recommendations for hotels in Koh Si Chang? It seems impossible to find anything but a couple of cheap beackpacker guesthouses on Google?

I guess there isn't much more or maybe you got confused with Koh Chang what is much bigger and have decent hotels .

Here's a good site for things to do and places to stay in Koh Sichang. There's some good hotels listed and a good run down on things to do and see over the island.
