Fishing In The Mekong

Hi All,

 

Would like to enquire if anyone knows the rules of fishing in your own boat on the Mekong River, or if possible hire boat?

So you assume, that Thais and foreigners might be put on equal footing within this millennium?

 

This subversive idea might take another 500 years to get in their heads and another 500 to be implemented.

 

In the meantime various nationalistic groups dressed in colorful shirts may organize 100s of protests against free fishing for foreigners in the Mekong, even when these foreigners are from China, Burma, Laos, Cambodia or Vietnam, because the Mekong is a Thai river and it always was.
