Call thailand cheap over IP phone

Due to big phonebills when i tried to keep in touch with my thai teeraks, i googled for a couple of hours. I tried a couple of IP services at different prices. I would like to recommend callthai.net

 

I use windows messenger SIP software with a decent headset. They offer calls to any phone in thailand for 1 dollar cent per minute from anywhere in the world. I used my cellphone to call thailand before and the quality is actually better with this IP telephone SIP service from callthai.

 

I have tried to find sites like this with cheap calls to other countries aswell, but had hard luck.

I use Skype when I need to phone the UK from Thailand. The quality of the connection is variable (thanks to the useless people at TOT) but in the main it is fine.

If calling from UK try a website called www.niftylist.co.uk/calls it gives you 0.5p per minute for landlines handy if you want to make sure they are in the village and 1p per minute for mobiles.

 

This is for a BT line not mobiles nor carphone warehouse (rip-off)

www.future-nine.com - started using them to call from my laptop. 1.6 cents per minute for a white line, 1.5 cents for grey connection. good quality sound.

I use rebtel to call LOS. I think its about a £1 per hour and I can use my inclusive minutes from my mobile cos the call is made to a standard UK number. Not some 087**** rip off

Call charges are 1p a minute to land and mobile lines to Thailand

0.5p to places like USA, Aus etc

ZERO pence to UK numbers !!!!!

And you just dial the 181850066******* in one go......no waiting for access like some 0845 numbers. So you can add the teeraks # to internal phonebook
