Flying into Bangkok early next year and intend to stay a couple of nights and then fly into vietnam for a week. Would like to stay in one place in Vietnam close to coast maybe with plenty of sightseeing if possible. Any information would be great.

My advice is to fly in to Saigon and then head to Vung Tau. It's an 1 1/2 hour boat ride ($10usd) away, has 3 different beaches and girly bars. My favorite spot in Vietnam.

Edit: Didn't notice you were taking your GF, not all bars there are girly bars. I have been to Nha Trang a few times with my VGF, it's a nice place as well. =D

Thanks Doodie yeah taking my little thai guide with me. Looks like Nha Trang could be the destination.

Hello Friends...

There are so many sightseeing places in "Vietnam",but the one which i like the most is "Ba Be Lakes".The average climate here is about 20 degree Celsius. This area includes many sightseeing such as waterfalls, lakes, caves, valleys etc.

Last year i was here to celebrate the birthday of my friend. We spend here 3 days and really we enjoy every moment of the trip.

With Regards,

Mack Bosh.
