Did anyone of you stayed in The Haven Soi 13 last year, please give me your review. Thanks!!!

 

Stayed there about a year ago and fancied the place due to the rooms and locations in relation to it's price.

I planned to stayed there again last february but it was fully booked and when I looked for acc. this summer I noticed they had bumped up the rates to 1200 year round which was the old peak season rate!

For 12-1300 baht you might as well stay in Sandy Springs next doors.

same with the food there it was value for money then they bumped up the prices by about 40%

I used to stay there but at 1200 baht there are much better values on Soi 13. If you want a good pool, the AA Residence has a good one and the rooms are a decent size for 1100 baht and it includes a basic breakfast buffet. The Dynasty, Whitehouse and Sandy Springs have nicer rooms though but are more expensive.
