If it's on budget spending travel you can take the local white taxis which have two benches inside from Ao Nang to Krabi bus station (price 50 bath- I think) then you can either take a big bus or a small aircon wan bus ( 140 bath) to Phuket bus station. From there you take a taxi ( 500 bath- approx) to Patong.

The boats price and travel time you can ask at the many local guide shops in Ao Nang but I think there about 1500 bath.
