A guide to stay healthy in your trip to LOS

I would like to contribute my knowledge about wellness and avoiding to get sick in your trip. You may know or not know about the fact that alcohol and inadequate sleep weakens your immune system. Also, when you go to another country for the first time, your immune system is vulnerable against new & unknown threads. Becuse of that some people get sick easily.

 

Nobody likes to be sick in holiday. Holiday is meant to be fun right? In order to avoid being sick, you can follow some simple rules or supplement your immune system with some health care products that I describe here.

 

If you really don't like to use vitamin tablets everyday, you need to have a good nutrition and I mean a good one, not talking about fast food & fast food only nutrition. You need Vitamin C and you can get it from Papaya fruit in Thailand (easy to find). You need to avoid drinking too much alcohol which can have negative results on your penis and you may need to use Kamagra / Viagra / Cialis because of that. Also, drinking too much coffee puts stress on your Immune system, so Too much alcohol + some cups of coffee to awaken up is not a good combination after all! Finally, you need to sleep 7-8 hours a day, which can be done during the daytime while weather is very hot or raining.

 

If you don't like to bother with this, you can choose the easy way and take some supplements with you while on your trip.

However, multivitamin doesn't create miracles alone. It doesn't support your Immune system but it gives you everything you need to take from your daily nutrition so you can eat whatever you want. If you have no access to this or you are already in LOS, you can buy vitamin C from a pharmacy and take it everyday or twice everyday (500 mg or 500 mg twice a day).

 

For a strong Immune System, I use Echinacea extract, Olive leaf extract and andrographis. Combination of these three is really good and they are cheap to acquire. I take 2 tablets each everyday in addition to my multi vitamin and it works like a charm.

There are other products to support Immune system as All-in-1 products so you don't need to buy seperate products, however, I couldn't find one with these three only in netrition.com. Feel free to give it a try if you can find a good all-in-1 product.

 

Thailand is a Hot country and air condition can be used carelessly so avoid A/C hitting to your weak spots (mine is throat). This can happen when you are in Taxi. A/C in big rooms is not a problem.

    • For those that don't know, I did Friday meetings before many years ago,  I feel like we are missing a regular meeting for members,  I am aware guys meet at PA affiliated bars. But I want to start meeting people again, I'm inviting the guys following my YouTube also.

      The meetings is a chance to get to meet each other,  I plan to be at every meeting, I also have Dean from Dive bar that has offered to help out with a crawl after.
      The meetings will be  Monday  6 pm - 8 pm each week.  (The improvised bar crawl will commence at 8 p.m.  Dean will make his own plans for that.)

      Due to low numbers of people in town, I will start the meetings in our bars to help our girls and managers, please check back often incase things are changed.  I will be sharing the love around town later, but Soi 6 is first on my list (including bars that are friendly competition)   
      If bar owners want us to have a meeting at their bar,  they need to have a minimum of 10 girls.  I'm not dragging people to empty bars for favours.
      Please help us invite other members, it takes a while to get momentum.
