buying bar or restaurant

I’m looking to buy a bar or restaurant in Pattaya.

Not Jomtien, but central pattaya, soi bukow, second road, soi 3, 4 or 6

Crapy place or nice one doesn’t matter. Don’t ask what I want to spend

U tell me what u have and what u want and we see if I like it or not.

Please don’t need any advice that I should not buy business Thailand bla bla.

Pm your answers because I don’t want to discus here in open forum

My suggestion would be to go round all the areas your thinking of and see whats available, ask around and so on, most places available will have a for sale/rent on them & phone number.
