Here some pictures of the Condo i stayed in for the last 7 months, It cost 8500 baht/month.

 

Some features:

 

Air Conditioning

Balcony

TV

Hot Shower

Fridge and Kitchen

Guarded entrance

Mini Mart shop

3 swimming pools(two large,one small)

Gym

Tennis court

Lift

Internet access and Cable TV if required

Hella nice mate. The pools big, and a gym too? Way cheaper than what I paid for my month stay.

The most unfair thing about life is the way it ends. I mean, life is tough. It takes up a lot of your time. What do you get at the end of it?

 

A death. What's that, a bonus ? I think the life cycle is all backwards.

 

You should die first, get it out of the way. Then you live in an old age home. You get kicked out when you're too young, you get a gold watch, you go to work.

 

You work forty years until you're young enough to enjoy your retirement.

 

You do drugs, alcohol, you party, you get ready for high school. You go to grade school, you become a kid, you play, you have no responsibilities.

 

You become a little baby, you go back into the womb, you spend your last nine months floating... you finish off as an orgasm.

 

It's perfect !

Yeah has nice big pool, has gym also(not very big) but still very handy if you wish to use it. I only found out about the place because i friend back home is married to a Thai lady who told me about it. It was very quiet at night and the place was very secure....

Elephants are really, really big compared to televisions....yet I saw a whole herd of 'em on my TV only yesterday..Go figure?

Its not very far, taxi waits by the main gate and you can get ride down to the beach for like 20baht or walk it in 5 minutes. Baht buses run from there straight into Pattaya. I rented a motorbike though but many people used baht buses or taxi's....

Did u ahve to pay for water and electricty over your montly price

 

And what was it like getting to and from there to Walking Street and such

 

Did u have a cleaner and hwo often

8500 a month and water/elec and all bills included come to less than 9500. Very secure site and guards everywhere, no a cleaner does not come in daily i had to clean myself or get a lady i was with to do it..No big deal or you can arrange through the site office to have it cleaned however often you like....

I'm planning to stay in this place, so the name of the street would be nice to know.

What about bringing girls and the securety!!!

 

9500 all in is ok if you see what you get big pool, gym,....

Because of the distance will have to rent a scooter

The street address is 444 Sukhumvit road , Soi Chaiyapruvk and it is about half way along. The Office phone number is 038 232070. Hope this helps, l have a condo there.
