I would like to stay in bkk for like 3 months this year. there is one main criteria: close to the bts line (sukumvit if possible)

 

other less important things:

AC, tv

 

plus:

bathtub, swimmingpool, wireless lan

 

 

anyone got an adress for me? the plus section is not necessary

 

 

would like to spend between 5.000 and max 12.000 each month

Try Thailand Craigslist and Thai Visa. That Rajah Mansion deal rocks though. I thought you had to move way away from Suk to get that kinda price. wj

I live around the corner and I'm pretty sure Rajah Mansion does not do three month rentals. I'm sure you can negotiate one but you'll be paying a little more. Don't forget you'll be covering water, electricity and internet that can easily run you 2000B+/mo altogether.

 

I might just go check it out tomorrow.....

With a max budget of 12k, you are looking at closer to On Nut rather than Nana.

 

There are some decent places within walking distance of the BTS and Tesco Lotus which will be within your price range.

Best place for your budget. You can easily live for 5-12K along a BTS line if you don't live close to Nana or Asoke.
