Hotel recommendations in BKK

I need a hotel somewhere in Bangkok near BTS.

 

The room must be big, clean and quiet at night so it is possible to sleep.

 

Price approximately 1000 baht a day

I found Le Platinum Silom hotel at 1000 baht.

 

Have someone stayed in this hotels? girl friendly?

 

Any other hotels/guesthouses recommendation?

If I were you bud, I would get i touch with Tim at Thai hotel Discounts.

He is a top bloke who runs a travel agency from his office in Bangkok. He has negotiated rates that are much better than direct walk-ins / direct emails to the hotels.

I suggest you drop him an email at [email protected] and let him know your budget and must-haves.

I guarantee you won't be disappointed. I've used him for the last 3 years now and is service is second to none. (Im not affiliated to him or his company in any way BTW!)

I usually stay at Sathorn Inn(near Chong Nonsi BTS) when I need a cheap place to stay for a few nights. Its quiet, clean and for their regular room its 950 Baht inclusive. The only issue is you have to walk up a narrow alley from the BTS station to get to the place.

 

Oh and its girl friendly of course, no joiner fee that I know of.
