Condo is new and is scheduled for completion September 2010.

The Unit is an interior unit on the 4th floor with a pool view.

 

This Unit is the only 1BR pool view available in the complex. All others of this type are sold.

 

Since the complex is brand new, I don't have any pics of the condo, but the website has floor and room plans.

 

Also, if you are in Pattaya, there is a showroom available.

 

The exterior of the building is mostly finished and they are now finishing out the interiors.

 

Price is 3.3 M Baht.

 

I am selling the condo because I purchased a 2Br/2Ba condo in the Urban, which is the completed phase of this complex.

Does the Condo have ADSL? And are you able to get any photos. Also can you enter via SOI15 or do you have to enter on the other side?
