'O' visa query

Hi All

I would like to apply for an 'O' visa, meeting all of the qualifications except that for 12 months ago I got a DD conviction.

I don't really fancy being officially refused a visa if this buggers me up for getting usual 60 day visas, which won't cause me too many problems.

I would be grateful if anyone has any experience in this area and could give me some advice.

Thanks

Sorry, it's the UK and I agree that the Hull consulate are great to deal with, they even called me up on my last visa application to give me some advice on visa runs etc.

I don't think there's a single question on the application form about any criminal offences, you'll be fine, stop worrying.

It certainly isn't on the forms provided by the consulates in Australia.
