I have not tried yet all french restaurants in Pattaya, but almost, and my best choice until now is Le Bordeaux on soi Day and Night behind Tuckom. Avoid their Italian red wine though.

i like the one just behind tukcom, not sure of the name, le petite something, but it is painted green and white outside and has a chalkboard with the evenings dinner at 255baht, been there a few times. great food, i especially like the chicken curry sandwich.
